Return and Refund Policy At Sip and Swirl, we take pride in the quality of our glassware and strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully: No Returns Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any purchases. All sales are final. Damaged or Broken Items If your glasses arrive broken or damaged, we will be happy to provide a refund. To qualify for a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email our support team at sipandswirll@gmail.com with your order number and photos showing the damage. 2. Return the Broken Glasses: We require the damaged items to be sent back to us for verification. Once we receive the broken glasses, we will process your refund. Please note, refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged. We are unable to offer refunds for any other reason. Thank you for your understanding and support. This policy sets clear expectations while ensuring that customers can get a refund if there’s an issue with broken glassware.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
